2. No Warranties on Settings

All laser settings shared on this Site are community-contributed starting points. They are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. LaserCutSettings does not guarantee that any setting will produce safe or desired results on your machine or material. You are solely responsible for testing settings on scrap material before production use.

3. User-Generated Content

By uploading settings, you grant LaserCutSettings a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and make your settings available for download by other users. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the right to share any settings you upload.

4. Right to Remove Content

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, including but not limited to settings that are inaccurate, misleading, duplicate, or otherwise inappropriate. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload malicious content, attempt to access other users' accounts, use automated tools to scrape the Site, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

LaserCutSettings shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of settings downloaded from this Site, including but not limited to damage to equipment, materials, or personal injury. Use all settings at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
